At Stash Galore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Ordering the wrong item

- Accidental purchases

- No longer wanting the product

- Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or another resolution at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations
